Laughter Therapy

There is a distinct difference between Laughter Yoga, Laughaerobics, and Laughter Therapy.

The physical act of laughing which you explore with us in Laughter Yoga and Laughaerobics is based on your body’s response to muscle movement and physical interaction.

Laughter Therapy takes you on a journey to find your source of laughter within. During this you may experience stimulated laughter and other emotional releases, however, the true value of Laughter Therapy lies within the fact that you give yourself permission to experience all things that are bottled up sometimes without knowing the real reason for them to be stored, and then release them.

The Laughter Company (TLC) Partners have backgrounds in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, holistic therapies, counselling, NLP and life coaching, and as such we are perfectly capable of taking our clients through the cathartic experience of Laughter Therapy. We are there to keep you safe on your exploration.
